Incited Media was hired to provide webcast management services for the Live Earth concert on July 7, 2007 by Control Room, the leading producer and distributor of world-class entertainment content. They created a system to deliver live streams and near real-time turnaround of VOD content onto the MSN portal, to make this the largest global broadcast in on-line history. Using over 20 channels of video server ingest, 12 channels of play out, and 60 encoders, they created a workflow environment able to process over 80 hours of content in a 24 hour period.
