EVS and Danmon Signs Service Agreement on Spare Parts
Danmon Group and EVS have signed a service agreement that will reinforce EVS' position in the Scandinavian market and improve EVS support capabilities in the area.
"Danmon Group is very pleased to strengthen the relationship with EVS and also to give an even higher level of support and service on the local market place in Norway , Denmark and Sweden for EVS products.” says Robert Rosenberg Director for the Danmon Group.
Danmon Group, which has been a non-exclusive dealer of EVS products and solutions for more than 10 years, will now be able to offer EVS spare parts on consignment to clients in Stockholm, Oslo, and Copenhagen. Danmon’s technical staff has been trained at EVS facilities guaranteeing the same level of support our customers have been used to over the years. EVS has been improving its proximity to customers lately and this deal has provided a way to answer the Scandinavian market's requirements for faster and better services. It's also a way for EVS to develop its position in the studio market, by guaranteeing a high level of nearby services to Scandinavian studios. Danmon will also be available for organizing technical training and to disperse information on updates of training and support for local clients.
As EVS is increasing its presence in the studio market in Scandinavia which more and more requires integration with 3rd parties like Avid, Apple & MAM systems, it has become necessary to improve our already excellent level of support by having spare parts on consignment in each office as well as to having a trusted partner with the knowledge to support our customers’ installations, said Julien Fraipont, Area Sales Manager Scandinavia.
EVS support, directly from EVS headquarters in Liège, Belgium, will obviously remain available for clients in Scandinavia.
